Expert Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and continuous professional development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes, mentor and train junior pharmacists and pharmacy interns, and contribute to the development of innovative care models and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
- Mentor and train junior pharmacists and pharmacy interns
- Contribute to the development of innovative care models and quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy and at least 4 years of clinical experience. They will also demonstrate leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, as well as a strong passion for patient care and continuous professional development.
