Job Title: Clinical Informatics Analyst Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented clinical informatics analyst to join our team. This role involves master data management, system configuration, and workflows optimization for our Electronic Medical Record and related systems to support safe and efficient delivery of patient care.

  • Gather and assess requirements to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Create and update medication-related master data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Test, document, and deploy content changes to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Track change request status and deliverables to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide functional support to users, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring system availability.

Education/Training/Experience:

  • BSc (Pharmacy) or equivalent degree is mandatory.
  • Prior Epic Willow certification and clinical/informatics working experience are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Training for Epic certification will be provided, where needed, and certification is expected within 3 months of hire.
