Senior Business Analyst

As a seasoned Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by leading business analysis activities, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain thorough understanding of business needs, processes, and requirements to inform solution design and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical stakeholders, to identify and prioritize business needs and ensure effective solution implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement process improvements that drive business value and efficiency.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and other collaborative activities to educate stakeholders on new processes, technologies, or solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and optimize business outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expert-level support to senior leadership and project sponsors on business analysis topics, including stakeholder management, communication planning, and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with a strong background in card-related functional domain expertise.
