Job Title

Maintain and enhance the security and surveillance of our Serviced Residence, ensuring it adheres to necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol all areas of the premise to ensure the security, safety, and fire safety of occupants
  • Monitor movements of personnel throughout the premise and alert the Security Supervisor of suspicious behavior
  • Record and report all acts of wilful neglect of duty by employees
  • Be conversant with fire and emergency procedures of the Serviced Residence and assist responders in case of emergencies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant security-related experience
  • Attained at least a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Security
  • Completed CERT Courses – WSQ Respond to Fire Incident in Workplace or WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Buildings
  • Possess a valid individual Security License issued by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD)
  • At least a higher secondary education
