About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee life cycle, HR reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Coordinate the renewal and cancellation of work passes for non-Singaporean employees.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Support leave and benefits administration, performance management coordination, and other HR operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of HR reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and fair employment practices.
  • Meticulous and organized, with high drive and integrity.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
