Job Opportunity: Member Services Associate

As a Member Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, requiring a blend of friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency to ensure a positive and memorable first impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival or during phone interactions, providing a friendly and professional first impression of the club.
  • Answer inquiries in a knowledgeable and courteous manner, ensuring accurate information about club facilities, services, and events.
  • Assist with special requests and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining and updating member records efficiently and accurately.
Customer Service Skills:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, guests, and other staff members.
  • Ensure clear and concise information is relayed during interactions, addressing and resolving member and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary, performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and guest registration efficiently.
Guest Room Reservations Management:
  • Handle and process room reservations accurately and efficiently via phone, email, or in-person, updating reservation systems with booking details, changes, and cancellations.
  • Confirm reservation details with guests, providing necessary information regarding check-in/check-out times and policies, preparing for guest arrivals by ensuring that rooms are ready and meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate smooth check-out processes, including handling payments and reviewing guest bills, addressing any concerns or issues raised during departure and ensuring that all charges are accurate.
