As a key member of our facilities engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of electrical systems across all manufacturing sites globally.
Responsibilities:
Design and construction of regional greenfield projects aligned to global standards, collaboration with central sustainability, cost, construction, and line planning teams.
In this role, you will provide technical support and expertise on construction project design, management, schedule, cost control, testing & commissioning, operational, and maintenance programs for facility electrical systems at all manufacturing sites in your location/region.
You will represent the organization in facilitating design standard alignment, construction project management, O&M BKM alignment initiatives, and collaborating with the Global Facilities Central Engineering Team, Construction Team, Line Planning Team, and O&M Team to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Critical metrics include construction project management, schedule, cost control, safety index, and facilities system reliability improvement program in eliminating production events that minimize lost moves and scrap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Design and Construction: Collaborate with central teams to align designs with global standards.
- Technical Support: Provide expert advice on construction project design, management, and operations.
- Facilitate Standardization: Ensure design standard alignment across regions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical infrastructure development, construction project management, and technical support. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in design software and analytical tools is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure development and construction project management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
