This position is a critical part of the operational framework at designated sites. You will work closely with site managers to deliver exceptional property management services and ensure seamless daily operations.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, ensuring effective project delivery and enhancing site efficiency and safety.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing plans to enhance site efficiency and safety
- Maintaining accurate records and verifying contract fees
- Collaborating with contractors and vendors to complete repairs and maintenance on time
- Auditing and inspecting sites for defects and compliance with regulations
- Ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship building
Key Requirements:
- A Diploma in Building or Facilities disciplines from a recognised establishment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E, civil or building background (preferably)
- Proficiency in commercial operation management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
