Job Title

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of IT Systems Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment and take on new challenges.

This position involves providing technical support services for DevSecOps and Integrated Application Lifecycle Management (iALM) systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of iALM applications and its infrastructure in production and non-production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to iALM, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Create workflows based on ALM processes, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Maintain user accounts and profiles, facilitating access to iALM tools.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to address product-related issues.
  • Evaluate the integration and connectivity of iALM with other systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop training programs to enhance user proficiency in iALM features and best practices.
  • Support users in publishing documents and creating templates within iALM.
  • Assist in migrating from iALM applications to recommended tools, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend optimized processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, including GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and DevSecOps tools.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)/QA processes.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining DevSecOps systems/ALM applications, preferably Microfocus/OpenText solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality results in a user-centric environment.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, fostering collaboration and open communication.
