Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Specialist to join our team. This role involves primary support, service coordination across applications, servers, and network infrastructure, as well as IT asset management and technical relocation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure
  • Respond to user support / project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts, and incidents for systems
  • Co-coordinate centralized monitoring dashboards and support system verification testing after each routine patch with vendors
  • Support the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, design, planning, coordination, implementation and testing
  • Prepare reports and documentation for the programme management office team
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets
  • Execute technical relocation services for end-user computing and infrastructure equipment
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and agreements are fulfilled
Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant experience in IT Service Delivery or IT Operations
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience across IT infrastructure and systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Experience in IT asset management and technical relocation services is an advantage
  • Familiarity with programme management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage
  • Good analytical skills in diagnosing technical issues and ability to offer advisories and support
