Job Opportunity: Lead Store Executive

As a seasoned professional in the Food and Beverage industry, we are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to spearhead our newest store in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and execute daily store operations, including team management, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock ordering.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team, fostering a positive work environment and conducting performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A proven leader with at least 4-5 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
  • A problem-solver with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic Excel reporting.
  • The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
  • A plus if you have experience with Halal F&B operations or a valid WSQ Food Safety Certification.
