Business Process Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Manager to lead our process universe development and maintenance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a robust and consistent process universe for the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear roles and responsibilities, driving delivery of expected outcomes.
  • Build relationships and credibility across senior communities and stakeholders through effective communication and trust-building.
  • Oversee process universe maintenance, ensuring linkage to relevant taxonomies and other systems.
  • Drive team members toward delivering on commitments and meeting organizational objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project/programme/portfolio management, supporting or delivering complex initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational processes, stakeholder groups, and other taxonomies.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with proven success in communicating technical information simply.
