We are seeking a strategic leader to drive business growth in Singapore.

Job Description

The role is a high-impact, cross-functional position that supports the firm's expansion. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and collaborating with various teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive and implement strategic business initiatives across the firm.
  • Liaise between Front Office and Corporate Function teams.
  • Support Portfolio Manager onboarding and manage day-to-day FO requirements.
  • Monitor market and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the business.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or the investment management industry.
  • Broad understanding of financial products and asset classes.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Confident working independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Proven problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholder groups.
