About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at Selby Jennings. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and produce high-quality content across various formats, including articles, blog posts, graphics, and videos, to engage our target audience and drive business results.
    • Manage content scheduling and ensure timely and relevant updates across our platform, YouTube channels, and social media.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives and ensure consistency.
  • Strategy Development
    • Develop content strategies based on market trends and investor needs to drive business growth and engagement.
    • Analyze and interpret market data to inform content planning and strategy.
    • Establish success metrics and track performance to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with compliance, investment, and other cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content with business objectives and ensure consistency.
  • Content Production
    • Manage end-to-end content production, from conceptualization to creation and final upload.
    • Maintain a portfolio showcasing your previous work in financial content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
Qualifications
  • Experience
    • 2-5 years of experience in content marketing or a related role, with a focus on financial content being highly desirable.
    • Proven track record of creating and managing content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, and video channels.
  • Skills
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a general audience.
    • Strong understanding of market trends and investor needs to inform content strategy.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including graphic design and video editing software.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
