We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Leader to join our team as Assistant Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects as the account manager and leading a team of 80+ staff to manage site operations and P&L.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities in Facility Management.
- Maintaining and expanding the client base by attending site show rounds and sizing up market opportunities.
- Formulating marketing strategies and establishing good rapport with prospective clients.
- Conducting costing analysis and recommending proposed pricing.
- Preparing proposals and working with the Business Development team to present them to clients.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of accounts, implementing industry best practices, and ensuring that performance KPIs are met in contracts.
