Job Summary

A Rehabilitation Specialist is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to assess and identify the individual needs of clients.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
1) Conducting thorough assessments of clients using specific tools and techniques.

2) Developing and implementing effective rehabilitative programs tailored to each client's unique needs.

3) Monitoring and evaluating client progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.

4) Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

5) Educating caregivers on how to support clients in their daily lives.

6) Staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field, applying this knowledge to inform practice and improve outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
1) A recognised Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.

2) Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional council.

3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
