Job Opportunity: Marketing Compliance Expert

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Marketing Compliance Executive to support the review and governance of marketing and recruitment materials.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Review and update internal processes and guidelines related to public prospecting, marketing, and recruitment materials.
    • Promote awareness and understanding of compliance guidelines across the organization.
    • Conduct training sessions and share updates through various platforms.
    • Review and approve submissions related to agency identity collaterals, group names, logos, websites, and signage.
    • Ensure that all marketing and recruitment materials follow approved SOPs and internal approval processes.
    • Monitor social media content shared by Financial Representatives for compliance with internal policies.
    • Identify and implement tools or methods to enhance and streamline content monitoring and approval mechanisms.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Investigation skills
  • Knowledge of advertising, social media, licensing, digital marketing, audits, KYC, and screening

With these skills, you will be able to enforce brand and compliance guidelines, review content, and improve internal processes.
