Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Dormitory Operations Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal occupancy levels in our dormitory facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and employers.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Oversee various teams, including Operations Executives, Enrolment Officers, Security Team, Maintenance team and Housekeeping Team.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and government authorities to promote trust and confidence in our services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Facility Management or Property Management is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in dormitory management with capacity of 5000 and above is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, computer and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to lead and work effectively with team members is vital.
