Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the efficient operations of our dormitory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and work with a team.


About the Role:
  • Ensure the general cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the dormitory and its immediate precincts are up to standard.
  • Supervise the duties of Operations Executives, Enrolment Officers, Security Team, Maintenance team, and Housekeeping Team.
  • Collaborate with the security executive to ensure security operations are adequately carried out in line with established SOP.
  • Attend to incidents and disciplinary matters involving tenants and liaise with their employers to resolve any issues amicably.
  • Foster a close rapport with clients to gain their trust and confidence in the services rendered by the dormitory.
  • Liaise with government authorities on matters that may arise from time to time.
  • Lead, nurture, and guide staff for optimal performance and output in the management of the dormitory.
  • Ensure all operating procedures are carried out in line with ISO 9002 standards and workplace safety and health guidelines.
  • Oversee fire evacuation and fire drills conducted by FSM and take charge of crisis management in the event of a public order situation in the dormitory.
  • Work with the dormitory manager to achieve annual KPIs set by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facility Management / Property Management / Engineering Disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of dormitory management experience in dormitories with a capacity of 5000 and above.
  • Good communication skill, computer skill, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and work with team members.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferably with prior experience in Facility / Property / Estate Management.
