Join a dynamic team of professionals as we seek an Employee Relations Manager to lead our regional ER team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employee Relations and labor law across APJ, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues in a multicultural and multinational business environment.

Job Description

This is a senior-level position that involves developing and implementing regional employee relations strategies that align with business goals and local requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to their team and directly to managers and other stakeholders on handling employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution and performance management.

The role also requires maintaining an in-depth knowledge of employee relations practices across our global APJ locations and partnering with in-house employment legal and compliance to ensure policies and practices meet local requirements.

Analyze local employee relations data and trends to recommend proactive solutions and drive continuous improvement. Build a collaborative and cohesive working partnership with the international and global HRBP team. Personally manage complex employee relations cases and investigations locally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Employee Relations and labor law across APJ
  • Proven track record of leading a regional Employee Relations team in companies experiencing growth and/or change
  • Experience navigating complex employee relations issues in a multicultural and multinational business environment with nuanced cultural sensitivities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional ability to exercise considerable judgment, conflict resolution and discretion in in sensitive, complex or ambiguous situations
  • Ability to prioritize and work proactively in a fast paced environment with time sensitive deadlines
  • Proactive solutions oriented approach with strong problem solving capabilities
