Job Title: Air Warfare Officer

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Air Warfare Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for commanding aircraft in performing air operations, leading teams, and making strategic decisions to ensure the success of our missions.


About the Role

As an Air Warfare Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates in all spectrums of missions, from peace to war. You will be responsible for providing direction to aircraft, employing and controlling GBAD units, and optimising RSAF flying assets to conduct multiple tasks during the air campaign.


Responsibilities
  • Command aircraft in performing air operations, time-sensitive search missions, and precision-demanding air traffic control operations
  • Lead, command, and effectively employ and control GBAD units in support of the National Air Defence and Divisional Air Defence missions
  • Optimise the allocated RSAF flying assets to conduct multiple tasks during the air campaign

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a solid understanding of air operations, GBAD systems, and RSAF policies and procedures.
