About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities to facilitate efficient due diligence checks, FATCA, and CRS form processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage account opening and documentation matters, maintaining comprehensive filing of client records.
  • Collaborate with operation teams to handle signatory verification, changes on client accounts, and other tasks as required.
  • Persistently review Client Onboarding processes to identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Carry out ongoing screenings using WorldCheck, escalating any adverse news or findings.
  • Regularly follow up on account opening and documentation, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Support the Head of Compliance in leading client onboarding matters by providing essential information during internal, external, and regulatory audit inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, KYC/AML, client onboarding.
  • Strong attention to detail, accompanied by excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
