We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing and Partnership Manager to lead our strategic partnerships and enhance the POSB Brand. This role is crucial in driving mutual value, improving brand perception, and fostering customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships, aligning goals and identifying opportunities for growth, including new DBS product introductions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and exploring growth opportunities.
  • Project Management: Oversee joint initiatives and marketing campaigns, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources for seamless execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison to ensure effective collaboration between partners and DBS teams.
  • CSR Initiatives: Collaborate on impactful CSR initiatives that benefit the community and enhance brand perception.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and spending.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytics to track customer acquisition and engagement, refining strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Innovation: Explore new marketing tools and technologies to deepen customer engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Conduct quarterly reviews with partners to track card spend and encourage customer advocacy.
  • Community Engagement: Plan community events and customer activation programs to promote Smart Buddy and kids' savings initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or partnership management.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with an understanding of marketing analytics.
  • PASSION for making a positive impact through sustainable initiatives.

Benefits and Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary ranging from SGD $120,000 to SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
