M&E Drafter Job Description
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Drafter is required to produce M&E systems design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings related to building and interior works. This role involves working closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafter Tasks: Produce M&E systems design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Assist with site measurements and monitor site installation progress.
  • Update changes on site and prepare and compile AS-Built drawings for submission.
  • Assist in printing of all drawings as requested by project managers.
  • E nsure on-time completion of required drawings.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Education and Background:
  • Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Familiar with local building codes and local submission procedures.
  • Exposure to ISO / drafting standards.
  • Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely.
  • Good team player with proficiency in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD and other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM).
