Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to manage end-to-end warehousing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record of driving site profitability and leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract logistics, including managing cold chain environments and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full accountability for financial performance, budget control, and site profitability.
  • Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory management, and cold chain handling.
  • Ensure performance metrics and customer targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead a team of Operations staff and provide direction, coaching, and performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in contract logistics or warehouse operations.
  • At least 5 years in a site leadership role.
  • Logistics experience managing cold chain or temperature-controlled environments is an advantage.
