Job Title: Site Leadership Specialist
">About the Role:
">As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will lead a team of site staff to monitor and inspect works as directed by project consultants.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Supervise and coordinate with site staff to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to meet statutory codes and regulations
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project consultants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
">• 8 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering, with at least 5 years in supervising works on projects of similar size and complexity
">• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
">• Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
">Desirable Skills:
">- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and other construction software
