Job Overview

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. As an Admin Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Aftersales Manager/Service Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance, including preparing documents for approval, monitoring leave applications, and submitting overtime claims
• Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines
• Maintain office supplies, safekeep uniforms and safety boots, and coordinate ordering
• Ensure accurate filing and archiving of documents

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with warranty-related matters, including updating customer data, submitting warranty claims, and participating in warranty disposal
• Collaborate with the call centre on customer requests, assist with CCR-S, and improve VOC scores and response rates

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

• At least 1 year of administrative experience or equivalent working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

As an Admin Officer at Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd, you can expect a competitive salary of SGD $40,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
