Our client, a leading real estate investment company with assets under management exceeding $1 billion, is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to join their team at ONYX SG PTE. LTD.

Reporting to a Manager, the Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing full sets of financial statements for the assigned portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), monitoring cash flow, producing financial forecasts, reviewing Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax returns, preparing sub-consolidation financial statements, financial reporting, variance analysis, and performing financial analysis.

The successful candidate can expect to work in a role with opportunities for growth and training, with a well-established organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of full sets of financial statements for assigned SPVs
  • Monitoring cash flow and producing financial forecasts
  • Reviewing GST and Tax returns
  • Preparing sub-consolidation financial statements
  • Financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Performing financial analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the property or hospitality industry
  • Experience with Yardi is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
