Job Title: Process Transformation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis and Process Design expert to join our team. As a Business Analyst/PMO, you will be responsible for driving the design of TO-BE rules for document examination based on risk-based classification (RBA). You will define risk factors, thresholds, and weights for transaction scoring, coordinate with Compliance to validate and finalize RBA rules, develop user-facing materials such as checklists for decision-making, and support pilot testing and refinement before go-live.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements in Trade Finance operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business analysis and process design projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance operations and documents.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
