Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our quality team, the Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality.

  • Collaborate with Process Engineers and the Engineering team to identify and implement effective QC requirements.
  • Work closely with QA, Process, and Product teams to develop and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Partner with the Process team to conduct in-process audits and FQC audits, ensuring seamless quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and document inspection criteria and quality plans to guarantee consistency and excellence in product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in electronics product manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Control of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality control procedures for in-coming, in-process, and out-going products.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001 standards, as well as FDA regulations.
  • Able to comprehend IPC requirements in PCB Assembly, quality specifications for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
