Process Engineer Specialist

In the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry, a Process Engineer Specialist plays a vital role in driving technological advancements and improving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and address in-line SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities in a timely manner.
  • Manage projects aimed at productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tools.
  • Establish process parameters for various semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability.
  • Evaluate and develop new equipment/materials/processes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • No less than 6 years of experience in semiconductor foundry module process development.
  • Experience with advanced technology nodes, such as 22/28 nanometer, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer.
  • Ability to analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO experience.
  • Able to commit shift work.
