Job Summary
We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our B2B Sales Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Salesforce Opportunity data. You will work closely with Regional Sales Coordinators to optimize downstream operations and elevate overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Opportunity Reports in Salesforce, verifying specific aspects of each opportunity and liaising with Sales as needed.
- Provide guidance and Contract Management System-specific tips to Sales when creating initial contracts.
- Assist Sales with editing contracts received from clients.
- Provide a summary of each deal to Sales for accuracy verification.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Escalate complex or unusual situations to Regional Sales Coordinators.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Operations manager, including special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM systems.
- Experience with Contract Management Systems a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
