Electrical Project Lead Position

Overview of Responsibilities:

The Electrical Project Lead is accountable for overseeing electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and cost-effective project delivery.

  • Develop and implement project execution plans, resource allocation strategies, and management tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams and external contractors/vendors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during project execution and commissioning phases.

Key Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in project leadership roles. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
