The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, system engineering, supply chain management, marine engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field. Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level is also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in specified subjects. Utilise competency-based education principles to develop course materials and syllabi. Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development. Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A MSc or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
