Membership Operations Job Summary

The Membership Operations role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of membership programs, including weekends and public holidays.

This includes performing IC duty as per roster plan, assisting with roster planning, managing membership email, ensuring officers check application forms for errors, and managing queries and requests onsite and online from members/guests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or Higher NITEC/NITEC, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality service/tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day membership operations
  • Perform IC duty as per roster plan
  • Assist with roster planning
  • Manage membership email
  • Ensure officers check application forms for errors
  • Manage queries and requests onsite and online from members/guests
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or Higher NITEC/NITEC
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality service/tourism industry
  • Prior customer service/guest experience/contact centre experiences would be a plus
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
