Terminal Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the rollout and support of payment terminals across clients. This leadership role focuses on ensuring a smooth deployment, team management, and continuous improvement in payment terminal deployment processes.

  • End-to-end terminal deployment from planning to execution
  • Setting and improving deployment standards, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Leading and training a team on installation and troubleshooting procedures
  • Resolving complex technical issues and ensuring PCI-DSS compliance
  • Cross-functional collaboration for process improvement
  • Managing relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and clients
  • Tracking performance metrics and reporting deployment progress

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in field operations, with 3+ years in terminal/POS deployment
  • Strong experience in managing large hardware rollouts
  • Knowledge of payment security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS)
  • Technical expertise in POS hardware/software and networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, cellular)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and deployment management systems
