Electrical & Instrumentation Operations Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of daily maintenance activities with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution. They will plan, schedule, and follow up on upcoming work.

Key responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting & support, vendor & shutdown coordination, maintenance planning & reliability improvement, inventory & procurement support, and documentation & compliance.

They will also ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation such as calibration records, maintenance files, work orders, and compliance with ISO standards and internal SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in E&I senior technician/supervisor in a chemical plant.
  • Familiarity with DCS and PLC systems.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process.
  • Excellent team player and communication skills.
