Job Title: Industrial Process Technician
Job Description:As an Industrial Process Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to water sampling, laboratory analysis, and process operation in a Waste Water Treatment Plant.
Key Responsibilities:- To carry out water sampling from the process unit and send it to the laboratory for analysis. Follow up with the recommendation in the process to ensure efficient treatment.
- Operate equipment such as Boilers, Evaporators, Cooling Towers, and Reverse Osmosis systems to maintain optimal water treatment processes.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters using the SCADA system to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Update test results in the data system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain good relationships with general workers in the plant and provide guidance on daily operations and chemical handling.
- Ensure all process units, pumps, and equipment are in good working condition, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Participate in the Company Emergency Response team to respond to emergencies and support shift operations.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment and be able to adapt to changing situations.
