Project Manager - Banking Channels

Our company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of banking channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a strong background in banking and financial services. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Overall Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensure effective communication, and resolve conflicts.
  • Scope Management: Manage changes to project scope, assess impact on timelines, and ensure approval from relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, prepare investment approval decks, and facilitate PSC meetings.
  • Change Management: Lead enhancements, estimates, timelines, and agile delivery to quarterly releases as project manager.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, track risk aging, and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Process Adherence: Partner with stakeholders to ensure system development methodology adherence and timely delivery of artefacts.
  • Project Reporting: Measure, monitor, and report progress to stakeholders, implement project communication plans, and review status reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management in banking, financial, consulting industries with a proven track record.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to stay on top of project risks and issues until closure.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Possess a passionate, diligent, and resilient personality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
