Senior Project Manager - Digital Banking Channels / API / Transformation - Contract

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager**to lead large-scale transformation and digital channel initiatives for a top-tier regional financial institution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at senior levels, and ensure timely, quality delivery of high-impact projects across internet banking, mobile, API, and H2H integration channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end project management: scope, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment
- Define and manage project plans, deliverables, milestones, and change control processes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and operations
- Ensure strong stakeholder management, including escalation and governance facilitation (PSC, TPWC, ITC)
- Lead agile enhancements and quarterly release planning
- Report progress, issues, and risks to senior leadership with clear communication and structured updates
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and documentation standards
- Maintain a client-focused mindset to ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes

**Must-Have Skills**_(Top 3) _**:

- 12+ years of project management experience in **banking or financial services**
- Experience with **digital channels**, such as **internet/mobile banking, APIs, or H2H**integrations
- Strong track record in managing complex projects with **C-level stakeholder engagement**

**Preferred / Advantageous Skills**:

- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in project governance, investment deck preparation, and change control
- Familiarity with agile delivery cycles and hybrid project approaches
- Experience managing third-party vendors or professional services
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured delivery approach
- Comfortable leading in ambiguity and managing shifting priorities
