**Job Title:** Inspection SupervisorOverview:This is a unique opportunity to work as an Inspection Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field inspections and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The role involves working closely with various teams, including maintenance, asset management, and operations.Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability of static equipment and piping.
  2. Providing technical advice and support to the site on NDT activities and static equipment and piping-related issues.
  3. Ensuring that all work orders for inspection recommendations are created in CMMS for rectification.
  4. Reviewing NDT reports and performing remaining life calculations to monitor equipment health.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma in Materials or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in refinery and/or petrochemical environment.
  • Prior experience in inspection activities, TAs, Projects, and Maintenance execution and Risk-based inspection development/implementation is essential.
  • Familiarity with damage mechanisms in the refinery is an advantage.
  • Certifications in API 510, 570, 653, CWI/CSWIP, NDT level II and knowledge in ASME/EN codes would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge in CMMS (SAP) systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset.
