Health Ambassador

You will draw on your knowledge of the healthcare industry, as well as our product portfolio, to support customers in achieving their goals. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding customers to new operating models and platforms
  • Developing and implementing effective business and territory call plans
  • Maintaining amethodical approach toward call objectives
  • Leveraging analytics to assist with developing insights and next best action plans

As a Health Ambassador, you will:

  • Provide objective and scientifically sound medical information regarding our product portfolio and disease states treated
  • Incorporate educational programs, outcome tools, and other resources to identify opportunities for improving patient care
  • Collaborate effectively with other Customer-Facing colleagues
  • Seek and develop awareness of external market conditions to drive exceptional customer support and insights
