Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice Principal to join our team at Cloud Recruitment Pte. Ltd. as a key member of our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management in our preschool setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Planning and Development
    • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with our preschool's educational goals and objectives.
    • Provide input and perspectives on curriculum matters, and mentor teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery, and use of tools and resources.
  • Centre Resource Management
    • Manage and optimize centre resources, including rostering, inventory management, and controllable expenses.
  • Administrative Matters
    • Handle centre administrative matters, including human resources, performance management, and internal audit.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of exposure in a supervisory role, such as Senior Teacher/Lead Teacher/Vice-Principal.
  • Diploma in Preschool Education-Leadership (DPL) is an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum and teaching pedagogy.
  • Hands-on experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practices.
  • Involvement in SPARK Accreditation process is an added advantage.
