Factory Operations Manager - Lead Factory Performance

Our factory is seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and improve the efficiency of our operations team.

  • This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years experience in factory or production management, strong planning and team management skills, and the ability to use digital job tracking or HRMS tools.

About the Role

  • As a Factory Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day factory operations and job tracking, planning manpower and scheduling work clearly, guiding, training, and nurturing factory workers, and maintaining quality control and resolving production issues quickly.
  • You will also work closely with management to improve workflows and solve bottlenecks, and continuously improve existing systems to fit our needs.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who has:

  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in factory or production management
  • Strong planning and team management experience (25 to 40 workers)
  • Able to use digital job tracking or HRMS tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in construction, steelworks, or fabrication preferred
