**Roles & Responsibilities**
More than 10 years window & doors & curtain wall factory production experience. Not less than 5 years singapore working experience.
**Duties**
- To supervise production workers and make sure factory operation runs smoothly.
- Supervise the maintenance team and co-ordinate the works.
- Manage the inventory/stock, production and manufacturing process.
- Provide technical expertise and managerial leadership.
- To plan the production schedules and ensure that production targets are achieved in terms of output and timing
- Review and implement optimum production operation process to improve the manufacturing process and make it more efficient.
- Set up the production schedules and ensure that quantities and timings are met.
- Optimization of labor and machinery to meet production schedules and customers’ delivery dates.
- Responsible for production planning and material requirements.
- Prepare production documents such as standard operating procedures, inventory report and productivity reports.
- In charge of ISO documentation update, recording, and maintain the manufacturing regulatory compliances in accordance to ISO & yearly audit.
- In charge bizSAFE audit
- Responsible for providing employees with necessary coaching, training and discipline to help them to be competent on their jobs.
