- Leverage complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their challenges and transform them into ML and AI solutions.
- Work on AI and Generative AI, including building and serving applications for conversational bots and content generation.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging big data and data science to create value for customers and the business.
- Develop and maintain machine learning and deep learning models for various business outcomes.
- Coordinate with teams to deploy models into production, including large pretrained and fine-tuned models.
- Use MLOps tools to monitor and improve model performance and accuracy.
Our ideal candidate will have a track record of deploying ML solutions at scale, including AI and GenAI, and be familiar with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience with data manipulation and statistical modeling, ideally with advanced degrees in related fields.
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong programming skills and understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Trino, and VectorDB.
