The Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bioinformatics Engineer/Scientist. In this role, you'll be responsible for decoding microbial genomes, building qPCR validation frameworks, designing bioinformatics pipelines, and integrating results into a digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decode microbial genomes to uncover unique DNA signatures and actionable patterns.
- Build and refine qPCR validation frameworks aligned with ISO standards, ensuring robust, reliable data.
- Design and implement bioinformatics pipelines that turn complex molecular data into actionable insights.
- Integrate results into a digital platform, directly impacting clients worldwide.
- Collaborate with a global team to shape and evolve our platform capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in biotech, diagnostics, or molecular sciences.
- Strong Python skills (R or other languages a plus) and hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for scientific problem-solving.
- Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
