
Admiralty Administrative Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our administrative support staff. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
- Enrol new students and arrange teacher schedules to guarantee seamless operations.
- Support the Centre Manager in maintaining the common areas in a neat and clean condition.
- Maintain petty cash records and submit them on a monthly basis.
- Collect Assessment Fees and Term Fees, issuing receipts to customers.
- Process applications for assessment or term fees efficiently.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the sales & marketing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A GCE 'A' level or Diploma holder.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
