Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

  • As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for welcoming and greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You will maintain a high level of personal grooming standards and ensure that you present a professional image at all times.
  • Building rapport with guests is crucial in this role, and you will be responsible for managing their needs and expectations throughout their stay with us.
  • Attending to guest enquiries, proposing menus, preparing quotations, and coordinating events are all key aspects of this role.
  • You will be responsible for upselling menu items professionally and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
  • Handling complaints in a timely manner and recovering from service issues are also key responsibilities in this role.
  • Training leading hostesses to provide exceptional customer service is another important aspect of this role.
  • Finally, you will perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager as required.
