Operational Process Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2 operational support and troubleshooting for escalated issues, identifying opportunities for continual improvements, and making recommendations accordingly.

They will engage with stakeholders to define and implement service standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams for meeting operational requirements and targets, and track and analyse incidents to identify and address recurring issues.

  • Provide operational and administrative support

  • Custodian of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support initiatives and design frameworks
  • Engage with stakeholders to define and implement service standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess at least a diploma, experience in developing and implementing SOPs and quality management frameworks, and some background in IT. They must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, meticulous record keeping and documentation skills, a proactive and positive working attitude, and willingness and capacity to learn new skills and technology.
